We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Head of HR. As part of a global HR team, you will act as the onsite HR contact for our Dublin-based business, partnering directly with senior leadership and leading local people initiatives. This is a high-visibility role that includes engagement with the board.
The successful candidate will have strong experience of working at a senior level in the Irish market, with expertise across the whole HR sphere. You will possess strong stakeholder and influencing skills and have worked within a fast-paced Head Office environment previously.
Key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of the HR strategy at a local level, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
