This includes designing and delivering innovative digital fundraising campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid media, PPC, SEO) to attract new donors and retain existing supporters. The role also involves tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance, analysing ROI, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Strategic Digital Growth Lead will work closely with Fundraising Managers and stakeholders to align on goals, create strategic plans, and deliver operational outcomes. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and knowledge of the charity sector are essential.
