**Job Title:** Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing guidance and support to entities within the region, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting standards.

About the Role

The Financial Operations Manager will report directly to the Director and will be responsible for managing key aspects of monthly and quarterly reporting, including revenue recognition and related gross-to-net accounting. The role will also involve attending month-end flux review calls, reviewing new contracts, and conducting country balance sheet reviews.

In addition, the Financial Operations Manager will lead annual controllership walkthroughs, coordinate internal and external audits, and oversee statutory audit processes. The successful candidate will have significant experience in financial operations, preferably with Big 4 training, and an ACA or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to entities within the region on US GAAP accounting queries
  • Manage key aspects of monthly and quarterly reporting, including revenue recognition and related gross-to-net accounting
  • Attend month-end flux review calls and review new contracts
  • Conduct country balance sheet reviews and follow up on action items from affiliate finance and GFS teams
  • Lead annual controllership walkthroughs and coordinate internal and external audits
  • Oversee statutory audit processes and liaise with US SOX team regarding audit scope and SOX-related matters
Requirements
  • ACA or equivalent qualification
  • Big 4 training preferred
  • Significant experience in financial operations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
