Job Title: Senior Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Lead to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-stakeholder project within a broader transformation programme.

This role will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, structure, and hands-on delivery capability across IT and business functions.

About the Role:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies;
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle;

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field;
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
