Smart Value Chain Transformation Specialist

You will act as both a business advisor and expert consultant, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of our cutting-edge solution. This AI-driven platform optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze business operations to understand current set-ups and value expectations:

  • Lead workshops with customers to uncover current ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into their business environment.

  • Dive deep into operational workflows, identifying areas for enhancement and developing effective solutions to drive measurable impact and long-term success.

• Design and configure intelligent solutions:

  • Collaborate with our team to translate business challenges into actionable solutions that align with customer goals.

  • Perform hands-on configuration, adapting our platform to fit complex customer requirements and delivering high-quality deployments.

  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure seamless implementations.

• Lead strategic implementations:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

  • Refine our proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.

  • Engage stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ensure user adoption and sustainability:

  • Steer implementations around value and problem statements, driving lasting impact and successful outcomes.

  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-sufficient customer teams, ensuring smooth handovers to Customer Success Managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Business Advisory Expertise:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.

• Solution Implementation Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, management consulting, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions.

• Technical Strengths:

  • Experience with data analysis; able to interpret and troubleshoot dataflows.

  • Familiarity with data visualization and supporting users in interpreting dashboards.

• Communication Skills:

  • Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Adaptable Mindset:

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving job responsibilities.

• Educational Background:

• Location:

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% work from home) in our Dublin office or your customer's offices. Occasional travel may be required.
