Senior Trust and Safety Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our Trust and Safety team in making YouTube a safe place for users and content creators.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and mitigate emerging threats, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective responses.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Scaled Abuse policies and provide strategic oversight on sensitive cases.
- Cultivate partnerships with operations, policy enforcement, product, and engineering teams to design and implement process solutions to emerging threats.
- Manage high-priority cases and ensure that graphic and controversial video content aligns with YouTube's guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, business strategy, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in people management, leading a team.
