We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction leader to manage the delivery of a landmark multi-storey apartment development in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring programme, quality, safety, and cost objectives are met, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from groundworks to handover.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and enforce strict site safety standards.
- Monitor and report on progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives to address issues and implement solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a site manager, ideally with exposure to large-scale residential or apartment developments.
- Proven ability to manage complex urban construction sites from start to finish.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of current building regulations, health & safety legislation, and best practices.
- Experience working in a live city environment and managing logistics in tight urban sites.
- Trade or construction-related degree qualification (e.g. Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) preferred.
- Valid Safe Pass, CIF Management Training, and other relevant certs.
