Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Border Clearance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth movement of goods across borders by ensuring accurate customs declarations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customs Declaration Preparation: Prepare and submit customs declarations with precision, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Shipping Monitoring: Monitor shipments to ensure accurate client billing and timely delivery.
  • Customer Support: Interpret customer instructions and provide support throughout the customs clearance process.
  • Documentation Verification: Verify customs documentation to prevent delays and inaccuracies.
Requirements:
  • Customs Knowledge: Possess experience or knowledge of customs brokerage processes and legislation.
  • Freight Documentation: Understand freight documentation across ocean, road, and air.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Confidently use MS Excel and Word, with fluency in English required.
