Youth Care Specialist

This role involves working with young people to provide high-quality care, protecting and supporting them to build resilience and recover from early life trauma.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or MA/MSc in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Work, or related field, as well as experience in setting up new homes and managing teams.
Responsibilities include ensuring the care given meets company policies and national regulations, maintaining a safe and homely environment, and supervising staff. The successful candidate will be motivated, experienced, and committed to providing a supportive atmosphere for young people.
