Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Kildare. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Manage incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries, directing them to the relevant solicitors.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely communication with clients and staff.
  • Process payments, issuing receipts as necessary, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare meeting facilities, arrange refreshments if required, and ensure seamless execution of events.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Keyhouse and ability to use software efficiently.
