At Reed Personnel Services, we are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Support Professional to join our team in a key reception role. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
  • Collecting post from the Post Office, opening, date-stamping, and distributing it.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner, taking messages and forwarding them to the relevant parties.
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming them with clients.
  • Processing card payments and issuing receipts, as well as managing the office's cash flow.
  • Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to the correct solicitors.
  • Maintaining the office equipment, ordering supplies, and preparing meeting facilities.
  • Providing administrative support to the solicitors and support staff, including assisting with client queries and preparing documentation.
