Senior Project Leadership Position

Role Overview:

This is a highly coveted opportunity for an accomplished project leader to spearhead the establishment and growth of a newly created Project Management Office (PMO).

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in shaping best practice, guiding project delivery teams, and influencing strategic projects across multiple business areas.

This role offers a unique chance to drive organisational improvement, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge PMO function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects spanning cost, scope, time, risk, and quality.
  • Develop and implement project management processes, governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Mentor project managers and provide coaching and guidance to ensure excellence in project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and introduce innovative PMO systems.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project/programme/PMO management.
  • Recognised project management certification or professional membership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to regional offices.
