Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a capable team in the expansion of our talent consulting offerings. You will have the unique chance to leverage tools within the Talent Practice, and combine them with Aon's broader Human Capital solutions (which includes a Health and Wealth Practice) to create truly unique and innovative approaches that enable many of the country's most successful organizations to transform their workforce for the future.

In this strategic role, you will be given the opportunity to use your expertise in employee lifecycle management to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change. You will work closely with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients, managing project delivery end-to-end to ensure it is tracking as planned in terms of timings, quality and cost.

You will also contribute to the achievement of revenue target, mainly through strong client delivery and account management of own accounts. In addition, you will play a key role in identifying client opportunities, developing proposals, attending meetings and winning new business.

You will have the flexibility to travel as required and will be encouraged to bring your own innovative and creative ideas in the service of our clients. This is a stimulating work environment where you can learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Delivery: Manage project delivery end-to-end to ensure it is tracking as planned in terms of timings, quality and cost.
  • Consulting on Solutions: Provide consulting services in areas such as psychometric assessments and recruitment, competency skills framework and profile design, pay transparency including job architecture, pay equity and change management, workshop design and delivery, leadership assessment & development, and business growth.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to the achievement of revenue target, mainly through strong client delivery and account management of own accounts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Contribute to where the business should be going based on market trends, wider technological advances, potential client opportunities and other markets.
  • PR and Marketing: Speak at events or conferences, work on case studies and articles for press to contribute to thought leadership, develop and maintain professional networks within HR community or industry associations.
  • Internal Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong supportive relationships with all internal stakeholders to help provide best practice to our clients and increase efficiency within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent HR qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in consultancy/professional advisory
  • Evidence of complex project management experience
  • Strong understanding of psychometrics, recruitment and talent advisory
  • Understanding of total rewards philosophy is desirable
