The ideal candidate for this Administrative Support for Quality Management role will have a passion for quality improvement and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting various hospital teams with Mental Health Act administration, electronic patient record implementation, audit scheduling, regulatory compliance, risk management, incident and complaint management, and quality improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of Mental Health Tribunals and ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act 2001.
  • Develop and maintain systems for quality, risk, and compliance management.
  • Assist with regulatory inspections and quality improvement plans.
  • Support incident and risk management processes.
  • Provide administrative assistance for feedback management and ICT systems.
  • Maintain medical records and assist with election voting for residents.

A relevant third-level qualification in a health-related field and a minimum of two years of relevant clinical/healthcare experience are required for this role. Knowledge of mental health services and the Mental Health Act 2001 is also essential.
