Lead Retail Sales Manager

We are looking to speak with candidates who have a proven track record in management within a retail environment.

  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience in a fast-paced client-facing environment, preferably in fashion/footwear.
  • People management experience with a hands-on approach.
  • The ability to create leads for business and develop sales plans.
  • To drive and take ownership of our Athlone store.
  • A keen eye for detail in all customer dealings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently when required.
  • To promote our brand in the Athlone area.
  • To work in partnership with our Head Office and Leadership Team to implement new routes to market.
  • Flexibility on work hours, weekends, and some evenings.

Job Requirements:
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong leadership skills, Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in fashion/footwear.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as a degree in business administration or marketing.
