As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the commercial efforts of our company, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
