Service Manager Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our growing business in North Dublin. Our company is Ireland's leading motor retailer, representing 16 brands across 24 locations with a team of 650 employees and an enviable franchise portfolio of world-leading brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, mentoring, training and leading the existing team of aftersales professionals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the overall profitability of the Aftersales Department, ensuring department meets/exceeds agreed revenue performance targets.
  • Establishing customers' needs for required Aftersales, communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers when appropriate.
  • Maintaining standards in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining safe working practices and abiding by the working rules and standards of the Dealer.
  • Maintaining product knowledge on the full franchise range.
  • Maintaining relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Previous motor retail parts management experience.
  • Impeccable standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • A full, clean Irish or EU driving licence (no penalty points or endorsements).
