Business Growth Strategist

The role of a Business Growth Strategist is crucial in driving business expansion through strategic analysis and decision-making.

  • Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, including data-driven insights and risk assessments.
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders using various methodologies, such as interviews, data analysis, and business process descriptions.
  • Lead workshops to drive project scope, prioritize business requirements, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Document clear and concise requirements.
  • Coordinate requirements sign-offs and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Participate in RFI and RFP processes, providing oversight of evaluation criteria.
  • Stay up-to-date on software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and apply this knowledge to drive project success.
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple business divisions to arrive at an overall statement of requirements that achieves business objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure products meet business requirements.
  • Drive prioritization across multiple business areas and engage proactively with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business growth strategy or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document client business processes and requirements.
  • Proven ability to design, validate, and implement IT solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
