Job Overview

We are recruiting part-time maintenance professionals to work on weekends and day shifts in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and perform planned preventative maintenance.
  • Identify and resolve equipment maintenance issues promptly.
  • Service electrical, mechanical, and non-technical equipment.
  • Respond to queries and resolve faults efficiently.
  • Assist contractors and maintain accurate records.
  • Install new equipment and plant as required.
  • Use and maintain computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Senior Trades or relevant engineering diploma qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in utilities/facilities maintenance.
  • Proven track record of successful preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good team player with excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexible and proactive with good physical fitness.
  • IND2 certification.
