We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Casualty Loss Adjuster. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced claims expert to work on a wide range of third-party claims, from investigation to settlement.
As a Casualty Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and handling claims in a professional manner. You will need to negotiate with policyholders, legal representatives, insurers, and brokers to achieve timely and professional conclusions of claims.
You will also be responsible for producing reports in compliance with professional standards, internal guidelines, and agreed timescales. Additionally, you will actively contribute towards our business development programme, network, identify, and facilitate opportunities for business growth.
This is a full-time role that requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
Requirements and Qualifications- Experience of Casualty external/site investigations and report writing.
- Proven capability in negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A minimum CIP qualification or progression towards MDI/ACII/ACILA.
