Job Title: Reception Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Reception Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrive promptly and maintain a clean and organized appearance, adhering to grooming policies.
  • Maintain personal and work hygiene standards, ensuring accuracy of reception floats and keeping work areas clean and safe.
  • Register guests using their names and handle documentation for guest registration and check-out.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel facilities, rates, and promotions, offering additional services such as reservations and information.
  • Post charges correctly onto room bills and monitor management accounts, communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
  • Conduct security checks, report issues, and manage reservations, cancellations, and no-shows in accordance with policy.
  • Handle foreign exchange and safe deposits securely, maximize opportunities for in-house sales, and participate in training and meetings as scheduled.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Outlook and hospitality experience are preferred.
