We are seeking a People and Culture Business Strategist to join our team at Strata Financial. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing people strategies that drive business growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand and support their business objectives.
    • Develop and execute people strategies that align with business needs.
  • Culture and Engagement:
    • Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Design and implement employee engagement strategies based on feedback and organizational goals.
    • Facilitate open communication and promote a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Employee Experience:
    • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
    • Enhance HRIS usage to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
    • Provide insights and analytics from HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Qualifications:
    • CIPD qualified (or equivalent); additional HR certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR or business partnering role.
    • Proven experience in aligning people strategies with business goals.
    • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and Irish employment law compliance.
    • Experience in designing and implementing people programs at scale.
