Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical documentation, participating in training initiatives, preparing strategic product quality review reports, and managing process deviations and change controls.

  • Documentation Management: Develop, review, approve, and manage critical documentation, including compliance-related systems.
  • Training Initiatives: Participate in comprehensive training initiatives, including the preparation and delivery of quality training modules.
  • Product Quality Review Reports: Prepare and submit strategic product quality review reports.
  • Process Deviation and Change Control Management: Manage process deviations and change controls, including timely preparation of deviation investigation reports and approval of change controls.
  • CAPA Activities: Manage CAPA activities to ensure effective implementation and closure of corrective actions.
  • Regulatory and Customer Audits: Assist in preparation for and participate in regulatory and customer audits.
  • Quality Metrics Reporting: Generate and report quality metrics on a regular basis.
  • Continuous Improvement Projects: Contribute to GMP and Continuous Improvement projects within QA and on site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field
  • Relevant experience in a regulated industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of regulatory guidelines
  • Proficiency in English language (speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing)
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Experience with quality management systems and MS Office applications
