About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial services professional to join our team.

As a Practice Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services to our clients. This includes preparing annual accounts, managing financial statements, providing tax advice, managing payroll, and conducting audits.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of final accounts for individuals and companies from client records, management accounts, and internal bookkeeping records.
  • Preparation of income and company tax returns.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for clients.
  • Client communications and management of individual client lists.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Sage AP, XERO, ROS, and MS suite.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in accounting or a related field is essential for this role.

Prior experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is desirable.

We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
