Agile Project Manager: Enhancing Software Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to lead our Sales Optimisation Stream, focusing on enhancing our website sales funnel. This dynamic and strategic role requires a solid foundation in both traditional project management principles and strong expertise in Agile software delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in leading teams to drive software development projects, helping us enhance product execution and foster collaboration in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Sales Optimisation Stream to improve the website sales funnel.
  • Coaching and guiding Scrum teams to ensure Agile best practices are followed throughout the software delivery process.
  • Overseeing the successful execution of software delivery projects, collaborating with development teams to improve product development processes.
  • Working closely with product managers to drive the execution of new projects and product development.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for Agile workflows, emphasizing both development and product management skills.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong experience in Agile software delivery with a deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
  • Proven ability as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams in a software development environment.
  • Solid grounding in Project Management fundamentals, with a focus on delivering projects in an Agile manner.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
