Financial Operations Coordinator Opportunity

A new role is available in Cork to support the finance team with efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment and maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Assist with debtor reconciliations, cash collection, and account management tasks.
  • Support the setup, payments, and queries related to new supplier and subcontractor accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reporting activities.
  • Help manage employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, including purchase order/invoice processing systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
