Job Details: Financial Operations Assistant

Our team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Operations Assistant to join us.

  • Process pension, investment, and protection business that is submitted by advisors, including submitting online, chasing pipeline, and issuing policy documents.
  • Set up client/policy records on our database.
  • Work with advisors to prepare and issue compliance documents to clients – statements of suitability, research reports, risk profiling, etc.
  • Ensure files are compliant in line with company processes and procedures.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Process ad hoc requests from customers.
  • Manage daily mail and client correspondence.

The successful candidate will work closely with advisors and our team to coordinate the daily processing of life & pension new business and existing business. Strong organisational and administration skills are required, along with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written communication.

As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, including processing new business, updating client records, and communicating with clients and advisors.
