Backend Engineer Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with extensive experience in .NET and Azure to join our engineering team.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs using the .NET stack, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Design and deploy backend solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing cloud services to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, data modeling, and API design, ensuring that solutions are efficient, maintainable, and align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years in the .NET framework.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 5+, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NoSQL databases, such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of caching mechanisms, such as Redis or Azure Cache.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
