We are seeking a talented and experienced Culinary leader to spearhead the success of our kitchen.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Chef to showcase their culinary expertise, drive menu innovation, and lead a high-performing kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your brigade, developing and mentoring chefs at all levels to achieve exceptional results.
  • Drive consistency and quality across food production, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Create menus that reflect modern culinary trends, using fresh seasonal produce while maintaining financial awareness.
  • Implement HACCP standards and ensure efficient kitchen operations day-to-day.
  • Collaborate with the management team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated Head Chef or strong Sous Chef experience in a similar upscale setting.
  • Passion for seasonal ingredients and modern cuisine.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, train, and develop your team.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in managing GP and stock control.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a positive presence in the kitchen.
