The Employee Experience and Culture Development Manager will lead organisational culture, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic programmes to enhance employee experience and engagement, improving retention rates and overall workforce satisfaction.
  • Develop and roll out leadership programmes and tools to build capability and support aspiring leaders, ensuring seamless succession planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement, aligning with business objectives.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in Senior HR capacity, driving business outcomes through people strategies.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic programmes and facilitate organisational change, leveraging expertise to drive growth.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring effective collaboration and results-driven outcomes.
  • Experience with employee surveys, leadership frameworks, and coaching methodologies, supporting informed decision-making and talent development.
  • Relevant third-level qualification, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
