This Executive Business Development Manager role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the office of the CHRO or CFO (e.g. workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred).

The ideal candidate will have experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO and strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment with flat hierarchies and a powerful product named as a leader by Gartner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office of the CHRO or CFO.
  • Sell company's products, systems and/or services to existing customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
  • Close sales on products, systems and/or services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in German & English.
  • Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing.
  • Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO required (e.g. workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred).
