Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Talent Solutions Account Executive. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while also providing exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers, creating reliable forecasts, and closing new business at or above quota levels. Additionally, they will work closely with colleagues to share best practices and invest in their growth and development.

  • Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Create reliable forecasts and be transparent with management on pipeline status
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the territory and document competitive information
  • Invest in colleagues and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of applicable sales experience
  • Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software
  • Experience with SaaS opportunities and IT solutions
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
