Job Title:
Financial Operations ManagerOur organization is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial function and lead a small team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the general ledger, preparing monthly management accounts, and budgeting and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, and be comfortable using financial data to inform business decisions. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Manage the general ledger and prepare monthly management accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee a small team of finance professionals
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
Requirements:
- Part-qualified accountant or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
