Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the deployment, scaling up and installing new processes and equipment to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Providing support for process start-ups, initial production runs, and ongoing improvement initiatives to drive business results.
- Managing cross-functional projects and applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize performance.
- Conducting thorough assessments of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reliability, and cycle time reduction.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and at least 3 years experience in a similar position. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Please note that appointments will be made on merit alone, but candidates must be able to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
