We seek a highly skilled Print Department Supervisor to relocate to Ireland and take charge of the print department's management.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a track record of achieving production plans and metrics, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a health and safety culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the entire print department, guaranteeing timely execution of plans and meeting operational efficiencies at all times.
  • Ensuring accurate reports are completed daily highlighting areas of importance and potential negative impacts on shift plan achievement.
  • Driving continuous improvement of product quality and plant efficiencies on each shift.
  • Managing equipment performance and maintaining a controlled environment that meets quality and other standards.
  • Collaborating with the team through regular communication meetings and contributing to employee appraisals annually.
  • Providing daily feedback to employees and holding them accountable for their performance.
  • Managing raw material issues and having backup plans in place when necessary.
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure the area is managed effectively, adhering to all quality and other standards.
