Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Site Safety: Oversee and ensure compliance with site safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor work progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between the contractor, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Review Project Plans: Review project plans and specifications to ensure that all construction activities align with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain Records: Prepare and maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily reports and photographic evidence of construction progress.
  • Risk Identification: Identify potential issues and risks during construction and recommend solutions to mitigate problems.
Essential Qualifications
  • Candidate Requirements: Possess a relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Broad Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
