At the heart of our team lies a dynamic position that requires precision scheduling coordination for on-site maintenance activities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.



Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced scheduler to lead effective planning, execution, and hosting of engineers for onsite maintenance activities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating scheduled services plans to ensure successful completion of services and respond promptly to breakdown repair requests
  • This role demands partnership with customers, internal and third-party vendors, to manage contractual response times and minimize rescheduling
  • A key requirement is building strong customer relationships, prioritizing customer requirements and keeping them informed of any scheduling changes


Core Skills Requirements:
  • Third-level qualification is essential; a science background is highly advantageous
  • A proven ability to problem-solve, multitask and take ownership, while displaying a positive attitude towards collaboration
  • This role necessitates exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, are paramount


Additional Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory
  • A willingness to participate in ongoing training and development is essential
