Job Role

The role of the Customer Operations Coordinator is to serve as a liaison between customers and internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, updates, and service issues.
  • Process invoices and credit card payments in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Operations team.
  • Develop and present operational reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and other systems.
  • Support project initiatives and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with planning, workshop, and logistics teams to meet performance targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Assist senior management with reporting, scheduling, and coordination.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience, preferably in logistics or automotive.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is an asset.
  • A proactive approach with adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A valid full clean Class B driving licence.
