We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care management, with experience in leading teams and driving continuous quality improvement. They will be passionate about delivering person-centred care and committed to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the service delivery team, ensuring that we deliver safe, effective, and person-centred services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous quality improvement, including audits and quality improvement plans.
- Oversee referrals, admissions, and transition processes, ensuring that they are smooth and efficient.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and independence for all residents, and ensure that their rights are upheld at all times.
- A Level 7+ Degree in Social Care or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' management experience at PIC level (or above) within Disability Services or another relevant human service.
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, safeguarding legislation, and person-centred planning.
- A full driver's licence and access to own transport.
- Comprehensive induction process and extensive training programme.
- Ongoing mentoring, CPD, and clear career progression opportunities.
