Senior Payroll Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing payroll operations and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, including experience with payroll software and systems. They will be able to design and implement effective payroll processes, manage vendor relationships, and lead annual payroll activities such as audits and bonus payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement efficient payroll processes, including overtime application, time and leave administration, and payroll data processing.
- Manage and execute regular and off-cycle payroll activities, monitor end-to-end payroll process, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, identify discrepancies in vendor reports, and oversee the onboarding/termination process.
- Lead payroll-related projects, such as process harmonization, payroll report integration, and payroll date clean-up.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6-10 years of experience in hands-on payroll delivery, with knowledge of major European countries' payroll practices and local labor/tax regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and payroll software.
