Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our global payroll operations. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple regions, ensuring accurate and timely cycles for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll teams in various locations, optimizing processes and collaborating with external partners to implement best practices.
  • Review, validate, and approve payrolls prepared by teams, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and company standards.
  • Work with third-party vendors to adhere to service level agreements.
  • Ensure all tax filings are completed timely and accurately; resolve issues with tax agencies and providers.
  • Assist the General Ledger team with monthly reconciliations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll providers, driving seamless delivery and resolving escalations.
  • Manage and mentor the payroll team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and partners to maintain master data integrity, process improvements, and payroll integration.
  • Lead audits, reconciliations, and internal controls to identify and mitigate risks to payroll integrity.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in global payroll leadership, managing multi-country teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Expertise overseeing both in-house and outsourced payroll operations for various regions.
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll tax, pension, benefits, and wage laws in multiple countries.
  • Proven track record of owning payroll processes and delivering value-added solutions that enhance accuracy and compliance.
Additional Skills
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Experience mentoring and leading high-performing payroll teams.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
