We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team.
- Plan and provide high quality, evidence-based psychological services across the business.
- Assess, diagnose, devise, monitor, and review treatment programmes.
This role requires a strong leadership presence and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide a range of psychological services including assessment, review, programme implementation, diagnostics.
- Promote and deliver services within our ethos and philosophy.
- Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing an integrated and coordinated service to our service users.
- Provide advice/support programmes and training for staff, parents, and families.
- Recognised professional post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology.
- At least 3 years post qualification experience in working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.
- Full clean driving licence required for the post.
- Excellent organisational skills/self-motivation/self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
