About this Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to manage a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of probate and estate administration, including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and dealing with inheritance tax issues.
- Handle title reviews, contract drafting, and property due diligence.
- Engage with clients, financial institutions, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal standards.
- Assist with mentoring and supervising junior staff or legal executives as needed.
Requirements:
- A Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Ireland.
- Minimum of 3+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing and probate.
- Demonstrated experience in handling files independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-focused and commercially aware mindset.
