Senior Kitchen Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel. As part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and producing food that meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare and produce food for assigned sections, ensuring that all dishes meet agreed standards and guidelines.
- Ensure that kitchen stations are clean, safe, and hygienic at all times, adhering to Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a similar role, with good knowledge of using a wide range of kitchen equipment and excellent communication skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure is essential.

Requirements:
