
Human Resources Innovation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal leadership role in our organisation, overseeing the implementation and management of HR technology initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing teams to drive strategic HR technology planning and transformation
- Direct end-to-end HR technology and transformation engagements, ensuring seamless alignment with client goals and organisational methodologies
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing and optimising HR processes, systems, and organisational design
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and implementing HR technology or transformation projects
- Recognised academic qualifications in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR technology, transformation, or HR consulting
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly delivery of projects
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership acumen, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of HR technology and its applications. They must be able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals while driving positive change throughout the organisation.
