The Ideal Role for a Strategic HR Leader

  • Leadership and Development: We seek an exceptional leader to oversee our Human Resources function, driving the development of high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Performance Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective performance management strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of professional services while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Culture and Relationships: This role requires building strong relationships with leaders across the organization, anticipating and meeting HR needs while promoting a culture of shared learning and growth.
  • Workforce Planning and Analytics: As a strategic partner, you will lead the implementation of workforce planning, proactively identifying talent needs and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Partnering with faculty and unit leaders, you will develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent and drive employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations and Quality Assurance: As a senior escalation point for employee relations issues, you will embed quality assurance in HR practices, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Primary degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Significant experience managing teams within complex organizations.
  • Minimum 5 years' success in an HR Business Partner role.
