About the Role- Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong connections with key clients and accounts.
- Oversee the full event journey – from initial enquiry through to planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Represent the company at industry functions, networking events, and client showcases.
- Conduct market analysis and target strategic segments to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline: from lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce/Delphi) with all client and sales activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with broader business development strategies.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring a high standard of service.
- At least 2 years' experience in a proactive sales role within hospitality (venues, hotels, or agencies preferred).
- A solid understanding of sales processes and event management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with excellent planning abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi is an advantage.
- Diploma-level qualification in Business or Hospitality is desirable.
- Full, clean driving licence essential, along with a willingness to travel across multiple venues.
- Availability to work five days out of seven, which may include some evenings and weekends.
