Leisure Facility Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Leisure Facility Manager to oversee the operation of our leisure facilities.

This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure facilities, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment and facilities, carrying out regular checks and tests to identify any issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified lifeguard or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in facility management, with experience of leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers and external partners.
