Job Opportunity: Compliance Leader

The role of Compliance Leader is a vital position within our organization. As the head of compliance, you will oversee and develop the compliance function to ensure it aligns with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures across the business
  • Providing expert advice to senior management on compliance matters
  • Overseeing compliance monitoring programs and risk assessments
  • Managing remediation plans where required
  • Delivering compliance training to staff at all levels

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in compliance, preferably in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Services
  • Direct experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Proven knowledge of MiFID regulations within the Irish or EU market
  • Strong understanding of the Central Bank of Ireland's regulatory framework and processes

Skills:

  • Operational Risk Management
  • Financial crime Group Risk Management
  • AML

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with cross-border investment services or distribution
  • Knowledge of ESG-related regulations impacting asset managers

Additional Information:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior management to provide expert advice and support the development of compliance frameworks.
