Job Summary:

Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers and other support engineers, collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues, handling case escalations and solving customer issues on site, and working closely with Engineering to relay any product issues.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' technical experience in a support role, preferably in an Enterprise-level support environment, with a strong knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networks, enterprise computing environments, distributed applications, and networking principals.

  • Expertise in troubleshooting hardware related issues is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
